My approach
I primarily work with adults and couples with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting, relational and emotional issues, infidelity, childhood abuse, gender and sexual identity, and religious and spiritual issues. Often times people seek out help because they feel stuck, aimless, or desire to possess more purpose and meaning in their lives. My hope is that we can work to discover new possibilities for a meaningful life.

I am a licensed psychologist in Colorado (PSY5033) and California (PSY28087). I am a spouse and a father, and when I am not in the office I like to cook, explore and enjoy nature, and go on adventures with my family.
In-person and remote options
My office is located in east Boulder. In addition to in-person services, I offer psychotherapy and assessment via telehealth to residents of Colorado, California, and PSYPACT participating states. Check to see if your state is in PSYPACT.
